This is a great clinic. Along with having a good medical & nursing staff, they are on top of prescriptions & refills. It seems like everything needs preauthorizations these days, but if I run into any issues, I just text the nurse and it is normally fixed same day or next day.
SF Community Health Center- A venue that is most compassionate in its effort to help those of us who are faced with challenges that are not considered average.These challenges range frompseudo-life threatening to full life threatening situations. As far as my personal account is concerned-an individual with sight impairment and senior status, I've been assisted beautifully. At this juncture, it is my wish this clinic continues to do well and growin the future. With staff like Vera (my ex-case manager, Nathan (head case manager) , Salina,and Armstrong, and all the other personnel, I'm certain that SF Community Health Center will prosper. I went here for care a few years ago and really enjoyed my experience. It was very trans competent and they helped me navigate an insurance issue getting PrEP very quickly. I know they've gone through a lot of changes with management recently and have heard from some employees it's gotten a lot better for staff too. Posting my positive review to hopefully boost their ratings as they do really important work for the local communities.
