The wi-fi adapter in my 7yo laptop would come and go. I googled it and did all the recommended steps with no effect. I found Robin on google maps and emailed him about my problem. He replied really fast and told me that the easiest way to fix it is to buy an external usb wi-fi adapter. I got myself a $14 tp-link adapter on Amazon, and it works great. I highly recommend Robin as an honest guy with good expertise.

I originally found Robin Prior Tech Support on NextDoor through direct comments by the community. I chose him because of the multiple and stellar reviews I found on NextDoor. And I am so happy with my choice. What a wonderful experience working with Robin!! I had several really complicated and intractable problems/issues with iTunes for Windows and iPods and the synchronization and desynchronization of various music tracks and Podcasts and simplified the way I am ripping tracks from my CDs to add to my iTunes collection.
