Robert is absolutely fabulous. I’ve been going to him for a few years now. He’s great at color (I’m brunette) and a tad more affordable than other colorists. The location is super easy - located right in union square. The salon has a cool/laid back vibe and has a community feel. You always end up talking to other people. And again- he’s awesome at color! He will be my guy until I’m dead and buried.
My friend recommend me to Robert James Color - Hair Salon and for hair cut today....and the hair artist Ray Ha is very processional and hair cut for me...Very nice and highly recommend....
I've been to too many salons searching for someone who could get my color right. Before I found Robert James I was blond and went brown and ended up an ugly faded red. Went back to the salon for a correction. Same problem. Went to another salon. Same problem. Went to Robert James. Problem solved. He got my hair chocolate and it stays chocolate. He is seriously the best colorist I've found in the Bay Area. And competitively priced, in my opinion.
