Honestly I don’t get the hype with this place. It was clean, the owner/manager was very nice and involved with each customer and loved that I could just sit and they’d bring out color options. I was offered a drink (no refill on my water when it ran out half way through).
But other than that and the brand of polishes this wasn’t better than other pedicure spots in the city, which for a nearly $70 pedicure vs a $40 one I’d expect a different level of service. No one even helped me put my sandals on at the end, so my thumb toes were smudged when I got home.
I love this place always such an incredible experience and the owner Tuyen is so thoughtful, fun to talk to and real local SF entepreneur. Highly recommend for high quality luxury experience.
Very nice salon. Not much time spent cleaning and shaping the nail but lots of time thinking about the color and design which was different than other salons. Just a little annoyed at the whispering
