Redwood Roofing did a roof replacement for my new property. Redwood wasn't the cheapest quote that I had received, but they gave a competitive bid with the requests I had asked for and demonstrated a good track record of quality work at a competitive rate. Ellison's communication was the best amongst all the other companies I was talking with at the time. All work that was done was outlined and thoroughly referenced in the contract. Our roof was a primarily flat, so we went with a mod bit torch down with 2" poly iso foam boards for insulation purposes. The crew that worked on our roof was very respectful, polite and fast. The work itself took 3.5 days from start to finish. I will be using Redwood Roofing again for my other property once that roof is due to be replaced. We worked with Ellison and his team to do some maintenance on our old Victorian’s roof. Ellison’s team helped replace some missing roof pieces, cleaned, and did some treatment of weathered parts of the roof. They also painted paint our skylight edges and a couple of other areas that had light rusting.
Ellison was nothing but professional and easy to communicate with over email, text and in person. Pricing was reasonable too.
