Alice did an INCREDIBLE job cutting my hair. I am very picky about my haircuts & I am so very happy with my cut. Alice & Plato are such kind people. I have gone to mostly “high end” salons in the city and Alice has the best of both worlds. The talent of a “high end” salon, but the prices of a more local one. Highly recommend, you’ll be thrilled with your cut & very happy to support good people with your money.

If you're looking for a place to trim/style/dye your hair at a reasonable price that doesn't empty out your wallet, this is the one!I always come here to get my hair trimmed or dyed. Today, I came to dye my hair ombre pink instead of my usual blonde highlights, and I love the results! ❤️ ?‍♀️Alice is personable and a true professional. She always knows how best to create the ideal hair style I want given my hair type and color and is skilled with her craft. Would highly recommend anyone interested in getting their hair dyed to try this place. My wife, who has short hair and a tricky cut, loves this place. She's patronized upscale SF downtown salons at easily triple the price (like Cinta Salon) and many of the local places around SF by friends' referrals, but Plato is easily best in quality of cut and styling. She's quite picky, but that the prices here are much cheaper than the upscale places is an added bonus (although more expensive than local salons). The gentleman stylist, Plato, is slow and careful, but the cut, coloring, and styling are all surprisingly good, and that for a local salon. My guy-cuts here are very good too.
