⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jenise Is the Pilates Wizard I Didn’t Know I Needed
If you’re looking for a Pilates instructor who will fix your posture, strengthen your core, and gently roast you into becoming a better human, Jenise is your girl. I swear she has X‑ray vision , she can spot a wobbly hip or a lazy rib from across the room like some kind of alignment detective.
Before Jenise, my “core” was basically decorative. Now? I sneeze and feel muscles I didn’t know existed. My body is stronger, taller, and slightly terrified of her plank variations, which is exactly the energy I was hoping for.
Jenise has changed my life! I am a 74 yr old male whose posture has been deteriorating due to scoliosis. My mother, brother and other relatives have been inflicted by the condition and I wanted to do what I could to slow or reverse its impact. Since starting pilates with Jenise, I have been continually aware of my body and I try to do pilates (find neutral!) in every activity I do. Jenise is forceful yet patient, always pushing me to go to the next level, but sensitive to my limitations. In addition to sessions in the studio, Jenise has given me exercises to do at home. Jenise is one of the best Pilates teachers in Bay Area! Taken her classes at her studio space at Synergy, small group classes & also at Bay Club near Embarcadero which was a large class, either style has been a great take away! Also, whether I’m taking a morning class or class after a long work day, her classes, motivational spirit have brought me so much joy and inspiration to challenge myself on mat or reformer. I always feel better, stronger & inspired after a good Pilates session with Jenise! Thank you Jenise for making a positive impact on my health & wellness journey!
