This review is long overdue and while I’m tempted to gatekeep, Kim deserves all the recognition! I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else to wax me.. She’s detailed, professional, and creates such a comforting environment.

Seeing Kim feels like catching up with a girlfriend and she somehow remembers little details about my life that I’ve told her months before. Highly recommend Kim for all of her services. I would travel far to see her if I had to!

I have been a customer of Kim's for close to a year and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my regular treatments. She is professional, empathetic, and very talented. I want to underscore that empathy -- Kim genuinely cares about client wellbeing even outside of appointments. Kim is an inspirational business owner and master of her craft. I look forward to trying other services like a facial. I highly recommend Patina with no reservations.

Tip: it is a small space so if you need to undress and are feeling modest, you can ask to pull the curtain for privacy, though I've never done that as she's going to see everything anyway!

Got my eyebrows done by Kim for the first time this week and wow!!! 10/10 no notes, she walked me through the whole process which was sooo helpful especially for someone trying out a new waxing spot. Amazing location, beautiful studio , and very comfortable environment all around, I will definitely be back my eyebrows look so good
