I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars! I'm extremely grateful for the way Eli, Tucker, and Logan worked with me to replace the roof of my mom's house in San Francisco at an incredibly fast pace. The roof they had to replace was initially poorly installed, resulting in them having to replace 48 pieces of rotten plywood before they could even start on the new roof. Pacific Roofing Company is simply UNBEATABLE! As a resident of an HOA in San Francisco, we were confined by old-fashioned rules prohibiting metal roofs. However, we were in need of a new roof thanks to a hurricane. I conducted extensive research into various styles, materials, and roofers of metal roofs. I was dealing with water problems around my chimney. Logan was incredible - he was quick to respond, conducted a thorough evaluation, and provided detailed images of the issues, all while maintaining a high level of honesty and professionalism. Although the solution required masonry work, which is not a service Pacific Roofing Company provides, Logan kindly directed us to a suitable provider. We will definitely reach out to Logan if we ever have a similar issue in the future.
