Dr Elliott have damaged my hair and has done horrible job with 2000 grafts FUE transplant in 2017.he botched utterly and completely. I had 25% retention of the grafts. and he failed to do a proper job with the hairline. each graft was 1 cm far from the adjacent one on the hairline, he didnt splice them or split them or use any of the proper techniques that are very common in the industry to achieve decent results. I was a 25 year old healthy male with no family heart problems. I decided to try to research oral minoxidil since it was the only medication I was on. I found one research paper that described exactly cardiovascular problems and body hair problems and even lungs issues at QUARTER THE DOSAGE Dr elliott prescribed me. botched operation for $10k, poor results, AND putting me on dangerous medication in perpetuity while claiming it has no side effects.I want to sue this man so badly. he should not be a doctor. avoid at all costs. I heard he is now partnering with another doctor (Dr. Ronaghi), in Pure Hair Restoration Center. avoid pacific hair institute as well.

Today was supposed to be my second appointment here and I arrived 15 minutes early and then waited until 9:45 for a 9 am appt. sat in the room the entire time and read a magazine. No contact from any doctor, nurse or assistant while I waited.I understand things can happen but this was ridiculous. I had to take over an hour off work for this and when I left they asked me if I wanted to reschedule and then explained the doctor is only there a few days per week. I scheduled this appointment about 6 months ago. I normally am very understanding about doctor office wait times but I feel it was just taken for granted that I would wait no matter what and my time was no issue.This was not a great way to start my week. Don't think I will be going back. Barely an apology either - they just kept asking me to stay for my appointment because the doctor was just about to see me.
