I came here to try a new stylist, Natalia. I'm very particular about only seeing stylist who know how to work with curly hair. Luckily, I found Natalia and she was so kind and sweet. I let her know that I was looking for a new hairstylist that I can see 2-3x a year. I also mentioned how important transparency is when discussing cost, because of bad experiences I've had in the past. She made me feel very comfortable in this conversation and said she also prioritizes transparent communication with customers. She gave me a solid color to remove my balayage and I love the way it turned out. It's been a couple of months and I'm still happy with how the color turned out. I'm looking forward to working with Natalia.

I love this salon! Natalia is amazing and I really appreciated her attention to detail. Not only did she do a phenomenal job on my hair color and cut, but she also asked me about my at home hair care and gave tips on how to take care of my hair at home and what products I should use.

I started going to ORO Duboce after a recommendation from a friend. I don't get my hair cut as often as I should, so when I do I try my best to book with Eden at ORO. She's kind and friendly and I'm always at ease with her here - and, of course, I've always loved the results! (The only mini inconvenience I've experienced is that I usually have to book way in advance since she seems to be quite busy/popular with clients.)

Location-wise, ORO is easy to get to since there's a MUNI stop right outside. The salon itself feels clean and modern, and I love the tiny pet couch they have in the corner upon entering lol.
