I can’t say enough good things about Originals Vinyl. Matthew went so far above and beyond to deliver one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere, not just at a record store.
I came in to have several records professionally cleaned, and Matthew was incredibly communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He gave me a ton of helpful information and education on how to set up my sound system for the best possible quality, and he even personally tested all of the records I brought in after cleaning them. The guy at the store knows his stuff! Fantastic knowledge about various genres, cool vibe, clean store, superb vinyl (they have a cleaning service and their used records look like they are washed there). Cannot wait to come back here, they have some amazing and rare stuff!
While browsing SF's record stores, I stumbled upon this cute little vintage record store. The owner had a very clean and organized setup, and was simultaneously DJ'ing some of the records he chose to play, and made my purchase easy and friendly! You can tell he really cares about his business and is in it for the love of music!
