This place is absolutely charming and has such a calm, spa-like vibe The shop itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed--it feels relaxing the moment you walk in. I was greeted right away by who I believe may have been the owner She was very friendly and upfront about a short wait Even without an appointment and with the shop being busy, I was seated in about 15 minutes, which I really appreciated. My pedicure technician did a great job ‍ I did notice that the pedicure I booked didn't include a longer massage, and when I asked about it, the owner overheard and immediately offered to give me one on the house She kindly explained that the deluxe pedicure includes a longer massage and encouraged me to book that next time. Her attentiveness and willingness to make things right really stood out The owner was consistently checking on clients, making sure everyone was comfortable, and offering refreshments like coffee , wine , or a mimosa She even treated me to chocolate-covered almonds --such a thoughtful touch! Lin did my nails and she was so sweet and friendly She really listened to what I wanted, and my nails turned out great Overall, this was a wonderful experience with excellent customer service and a true spa atmosphere ‍ Highly recommend if you're looking to relax and feel well taken care of. I'll definitely be back

Oliviana's nail spa was absolutely beautiful and clean. The service was on time for my appointment. I got a full for my French tip manicure which was $70. A French tip pedicure which was $55. Eyebrow waxing for $15 and single natural eyelashes for $30. My French tips were even and matched each other in size and the ladies had a soft and gentle touch. I am happy with the services I received here and I will be back for more.

During my stay in San Francisco this summer I have visited the lovely Oliviana Nail spa several times - I've had a mani, pedi and lash extensions. ALL quality service and friendly staff. However , my last visit was less then favorable I was charged 70 usd for a gel fill in (much more then the time previous) told I needed to have acrylic which I NEVER wear and encouraged to pay in cash! The service/treatment that I recently experienced was a total 180° from my intial encounter. To be honest I was a bit let down as I felt I found my new home salon when visiting San fran. Xx
