I am 58, always had private healthcare. This is the best service I have ever had! THe staff are3 wonderful. Dr. Krauss is spot on with my health and referrals. Great place. I feel like they are part of my family.

I will return to write the full review this outstanding place deserves when time allows but for now I just gotta say in short how fantastic of a welcoming place this is from the exceptional care to the top-notch people behind it right from the front desk to the nurses, doctors, and cleaning staff. Solid, wholesome people and the place itself has great energy on a nice, quiet street in the beautiful Sunset District. Wow! This is longer than I'd planned for now but again, I still want to come back with more species and shout out staff I've gotten to know by name. Anyway, amazing work Ocean Park Crew! Thank you.

I was hit with Covid for full two weeks earlier this month. After getting conflicting and confused information from City Health whom tested me, I reached out to my health care provider. Ximei the advice nurse was very helpful and patient. She explained why I could no longer have the over the counter Pfizer drug. What I should be doing going forward. Thank you for being a wonderful caring health care provider to your patients.. We are blessed.
