Total disaster. Avoid at all costs. Our project, a straightforward remodel of two bathrooms, was more than six months late in completion for a project that was supposed to take less than four months. Numerous mistakes were made and were not corrected. In the end Norwood issued a final unitemized bill months before the final details were completed. We did not pay the bill, which resulted in a lien on our property from Norwood and from a subcontractor that Norwood did not pay. When we finally received a loosely itemization on the bill from Norwood it was clear that we were being overcharged by well more than $10K. It turns out that we don't owe Norwood anything. In fact they owe us money. Yet through their incompetence they believed that we owed them money and placed a lien on our property. They still have done nothing about it. What a nightmare. Any choice of another contractor will be better

I've worked with Jon several times; he was referred by a good client of mine. He has a great, can-do attitude and jumps right in to give valuable opinions and options. He has worked on a variety of projects for me and gives them all the same level of care. My only fear in doing this review is that he won't have time for me anymore! I recommend Jon whole-heartedly.

Talk about deals! Norwood Construction gave me a great price to remodel my salon located downtown in a historic building! I have never worked with contractor who's so tidy and clean with all of their work. They finished the project a few days earlier then projected and did a fantastic job. I mainly dealt with John- a true professional. This company knows what they are doing? Look no further
