I really love my therapist here! The front desk staff are also super friendly as well as the receptionist on the phone whenever I need help. Highly recommend NEMS to anyone who needs Medi-Cal covered services and wants a smooth, helpful experience w/ friendly staff :)
The staff, particularly doctor Anna Chung, at this establishment is extremely helpful and accommodating. They go out of their way to ensure that I receive all necessary treatment at an affordable price, taking into consideration my student status and lack of income. Their excellent care is not hindered by my financial constraints.
In earlier years, I was bad at communicating my needs, so I always came to the doc's and left feeling I was never helped. This included several nasal infections and food poisonings.However, nowadays, now that I went in after having done some research and gotten prepared to argue for what I'm looking for, the clinic's services have gotten a lot better. I never did have to argue with a physician, as they are extremely cooperative and I hold them in the highest regards, but any exploration into their mental health department should - politely speaking - start with an inquiry into your own insurance to figure out what is covered and then asking for that specific... read full review
