Noe Valley Spa

This is local for me. It's great to go and soak in hot tub to relieve sore muscles. Employees are always nice.Private outdoor hot tub, sauna room & shower.Place is a not a fancy spa place as it is dated from being there for so many years. This does not bother me at all.

The Noe valley Spa is wonderful. It isn't "fancy" but fits the vibe of Noe Valley. Everything works fine, the hot tub IS HOT and the sauna room next to it is perfect. The spa is next to some good lunch places.. So its a "mini" vacation, right here!

Been going here for some years, got me over the old guy sciatica, I swim, do resistance, walk, stretch, acupuncture, you gotta do it, especially when you're old, but I look forward to the massage here, try to go every month. Sometimes the nerves need pressure, or sore muscle groups, hands and feet, neck and shoulder, or like bones are grinding, you name it, the money is well spent for the healing. I think the therapists each have a style that is helpful to specific problems.
