Mr. Goodell and I go back six years, he has helped me with a landlord tenant issue and continued to help with other issues that came up. Mr. Goodwell has a lot of experience with the San Francisco rent laws. He is very well versed in the topic. He’s a very good litigation lawyer, has a lot of experience in conservatorship, and experience in for closure laws. He was able to help my brother with a for closure case and I would most definitely recommend him to all. He responds fast, is reasonable, and very well educated.
