This review is specifically for Jen, manager. I have never in my life been belittled or talked to in such a demeaning manner as i have just now, by jen on the phone. Ive sat on hold for 6 hours just to be told “sorry your moneys gone” by paypal, and id rather hear that than to ever be talked down to by jen again.Wouldnt even let me explain my concerns. Was trying to explain that i felt my data was at risk due to their archaic methods of intake - asking me to email them my SSN, etc. She kept asking me if i was done talking in a rude tone. You should have wide open ears to your customers, as they are the only ones who can suggest improvements for the errors they experience.Just...read full review
