We had our 118 year old house with a ton of deferred maintenance painted by Modamas last year. We saved for five years after buying the house to get it painted. As they dove into the project they found a lot of things that needed to be repaired - flashing, window frames, gutter, back steps, etc. They arranged for their carpenters and a 3rd party sheet metal guy to do the work. They communicated thoroughly throughout the process, providing estimates and photo documentation. I won't lie, it was not cheap, but they did high quality work and the crews were great. And after the crazy rain we had this winter, I am so glad we had our gutters and rotted window frames replaced/repaired.... read full review

Modamas just completed painting the exterior of my 100 year old home in San Francisco (November 2022). I am very happy with the work.The team was very professional, highly skilled, attentive to detail (which was important to me), and cleaned up every day before they left. The exterior of my home looks great! And the project was completed on time and within the estimate originally provided to me. Nelson, the project manager, was very responsive throughout the entire project, answering my emails almost immediately and keeping me informed as the project progressed. I would definitely recommend Modamas and would be glad to work with them again.
