I recently had the pleasure of hiring Modamas Painting for a project on our 120 year old San Francisco Victorian, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Raleigh and his team were absolutely fantastic, handling both the interior and partial exterior painting of my house. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process.Raleigh's excellent communication skills made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was always clear and effective, both in writing and in person. His calm, can-do attitude was reassuring and made me feel confident that everything was under control.What stood out to me was their attention to detail and customer service. They were very thoughtful, taking the time to ensure that every aspect of the job was discussed ahead of time, and completed exactly as we discussed. The quality of work they did on our home was top notch.The team was extremely trustworthy, always following through on their commitments and delivering on their promises. They even completed the work faster than originally quoted, and Raleigh discounted the estimated fees accordingly.They were all extremely flexible. Raleigh and his team had no problem adjusting to changes in the scope of work, ensuring that all our needs were met. Overall, I cannot endorse Modamas Painting highly enough.

We had our 118 year old house with a ton of deferred maintenance painted by Modamas last year. We saved for five years after buying the house to get it painted. As they dove into the project they found a lot of things that needed to be repaired - flashing, window frames, gutter, back steps, etc. They arranged for their carpenters and a 3rd party sheet metal guy to do the work. They communicated thoroughly throughout the process, providing estimates and photo documentation. I won't lie, it was not cheap, but they did high quality work and the crews were great. And after the crazy rain we had this winter, I am so glad we had our gutters and rotted window frames replaced/repaired. The bonus? I was hoping to make our house look less bad, but what we got was actually a nice looking house.

Modamas just completed painting the exterior of my 100 year old home in San Francisco (November 2022). I am very happy with the work.The team was very professional, highly skilled, attentive to detail (which was important to me), and cleaned up every day before they left. The exterior of my home looks great! And the project was completed on time and within the estimate originally provided to me. Nelson, the project manager, was very responsive throughout the entire project, answering my emails almost immediately and keeping me informed as the project progressed. I would definitely recommend Modamas and would be glad to work with them again.
