For 8+ years, our wealth management firm (with 12 people) has been 'in a relationship' with Micromenders.... They have set up our systems, they have moved us, they have welcomed new employees and kept us up to date re: technology. They've kept us compliant and secure. They pick up the phone, they are patient....marry them.
I work for a medical association that utilizes Micomenders for the majority of our computer needs (hardware and software). It's now 2025, when I'm writing this review, and have had the pleasure of knowing and working with them since 2017. I have nothing but commendatory things to say about our working encounters. Everyone technician I've been assigned for technical assistance has been incredibly knowledgeable (they all really know their stuff!). In addition, they're personable and lightning fast in diagnosing issues and resolving them. From me, this organization gets nothing short of the maximum of 5 stars from me.
