He literally saved us $10K that the property manager was insisting we pay for relocation, but Michael is so knowledgeable about the various real estate laws and nuances that with only a few pieces of information he was able to confirm the particular statutes did not apply to us and we saved out on what the manager was insisting we owed. We cannot express enough gratitude. Michael also was incredibly responsive, accommodating of our time, and I found asked the key questions right away to get at the issues.
