I had a terrible experience working with these people. They lie and try to take advantage of you once the job is done. They agreed to a certain price with a contract and don't hold up to it. Buulin Tran especially lies about holding her end to the contract. She will make up a story to try and manipulate you to take advantage of you. I do not recommend them to anyone. BE CAREFUL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. She lied about the contract we agreed to and didn't uphold her end.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR TAXES. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and the worst tax accountants I have ever used. They messed up in our 2017 filings - forgot one of our W2s in our filing and when we went back, they blamed us and one of the professionals was plain rude on the phone. Another tried to calm down the situation but has since stopped responding to our emails and questions on where we stand with our refund of what they owe us and what we owe the government. We are now using another firm [which I highly recommend] that is cleaning up their mess. So now we've paid double for our 2017 tax return.. and they could have avoided this YELP review if they only returned my emails. Simple as that.

I love working with Vera at this firm. She is very knowledgeable and she works to make my business "audit proof" by keeping all of my ducks in a row. This firm has been great for my restaurant business and personal taxes.
