Today was my first time seeing Mai and she is so sweet and great at what she does. The building can be a little bit suspect, but she is pretty responsive via cell phone. As soon as I notified her that I was downstairs, she acknowledged and came down to get me in less than 5 minutes. The service was quick and pretty much painless. Her work space is small, but calming and welcoming with all of the plants and peaceful music. What's even better is the location is easily accessible via public transportation.
