The attention to detail and incredible bed side manner has kept me coming back to Mai since 2014. I trust her entirely and would highly recommend her waxing services to anyone who has any hesitation. The space also feels like a magical spa garden.

I am pregnancy & got a Brazilian and underarm wax. She was so gentle, thank you! I am especially grateful that she took her time instead of rushing, waxed in smaller sections (that's what it felt like) instead of massive painful strips. Wish everyone waxed like her. Plus she is super personable , friendly and kind!

Today was my first time seeing Mai and she is so sweet and great at what she does. The building can be a little bit suspect, but she is pretty responsive via cell phone. As soon as I notified her that I was downstairs, she acknowledged and came down to get me in less than 5 minutes. The service was quick and pretty much painless. Her work space is small, but calming and welcoming with all of the plants and peaceful music. What's even better is the location is easily accessible via public transportation. I will definitely be back to try the various pampering services that she offers. Thank you Mai for a great experience.
