Two showers. And a steam room seats about five people maybe. More like four. It is a small boutique spa, which is OK as long as the day is not overbooked you should be fine. Another review mentions a sauna. There is not a sauna.
Let’s also get something straight; it is not a cruising location. The staff is very attentive to discourage such actions.

I made a last minute appt as I needed an urgent myofascial release recommended by my doc. I had never been to M Spa and was surprised how nice it was inside. They even have a small steamroom. The staff are extremely courteous and my therapist Kasey was extremely talented and was able to address all my issues. I will definitely be back.

Upon entering M Spa, I was immediately greeted with a soothing ambiance and a warm welcome from the staff. The waiting area was elegantly designed with comfortable seating, calming music.
The spa offers a wide range of services, including massages, facials, body treatments. The massage therapist Maurice was attentive to my preferences and made sure to focus on the areas where I had the most tension. The pressure was just right, and I left the spa feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
