This place used to be great back when it was relaxed feet massage And massages for $25 an hour. Now the people that run it demand tips before any service is even provided. And it's also a lot more expensive than when it was relaxed feet. They're getting too greedy

Hired Tim in the summer of '24 to conduct an appraisal in support of an appeal of my SF property taxes. I chose Tim & SFBAY-RE from a list of others because he's a licensed certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the state of CA and has over 15 years of appraisal experience throughout the Bay Area, with a particular focus in San Francisco. He provided the appraisal in plenty of time to support the Sept '24 submission deadline. Two days before I was set to appear before the Appeals Board in May '25 the SF Assessor's Office contacted me and agreed with the assessed market value that Tim established in his appraisal. Based on the current FMV that Tim provided I will be receiving a substantial credit for tax year '24 and the new property tax will result in a considerable savings going forward. Tim was easy to work with and very responsive to my questions throughout the entire process. I was particularly thankful for the guidance he provided in preparing for the Appeals Board meeting. The cost for the appraisal was both competitive and fair and well worth it. I highly recommend Tim & SFBAY-RE if you are in need of an appraisal for a property tax appeal.

Avoid This Place at All Costs!

I had an unbelievably terrible experience at this foot massage business. Before my one-hour massage even began, they demanded a $20 tip upfront—which is completely unacceptable. When I calmly explained that tips are earned and not required in advance, the woman working there immediately raised her voice at me.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, she got even louder, arguing that I could tip whatever I wanted—yet still insisting I had to do it before the service.
