We had a leak in our home & visited a couple of flooring companies, obtained bids from contractors & felt somewhat overwhelmed with all that was ahead of us, including moving out temporarily. After waiting for written bids for 2+ weeks, we asked Lumber Liquidators to come out, measure & recommend a flooring product. The LL contractor was fabulous, alerting us to leveling & other moisture problems we were unaware of. The written bid came 2 days later! Jeanette (the LL staff person at this store was equally as helpful (thanks Jeanette!!) & we were finally able to begin our project! I highly recommend LL for flooring & they are truly on their game when it comes to knowledge...read full review

Stopped by today and had some questions about flooring. I learned more about flooring in ten minutes of talking to the young man working there than all the years that I have been shopping at Home Depot. I didn't have to wait or walk a couple of miles to find someone either. Prices are about the same too.

Nick is the man and so is his colleague. Nick answered my numerous calls and questions regarding flooring and he has been so patient, kind, & knowledgable. Great customer service!
