My son said he wanted to learn to play the guitar. Up to this point, he refused to participate in activities of any sort due to his discomfort with unfamiliar environments. I told him I would find a place for him. I looked at a number of options in the area and choose LMS due to their responsiveness and clarity of their enrollment process. When I told my son he would start guitar class, he was nervous and said he only wanted to go to one class. I've been singing for 25 years. I started in choir from age 5-18, and just started my private voice lessons with Rebecca at Little Mission Studio. My experience so far has been incredible! On day 1 I received helpful feedback and homework to improve parts of my voice that I've always wanted to work on but didn't know how to on my own, felt instantly comfortable with Rebecca, and left the lesson feeling inspired, creative, and confident in myself and my decision to join this studio. Been taking piano lessons here for years as an adult. They'd probably give me 4 stars for not practicing enough, but luckily it doesn't work that way. The ensemble classes are also really nice. Anywhere that organizes music lessons around here is amazing. It's far harder than you might realize to run a music school, but these folks are a level above. They put a lot of effort into the community aspect, providing multiple avenues for performance. Recitals are hard, but studio classes are easier. I'd definitely recommend for adult lessons and their kids classes are adorable.
