I was in need of a cleaning service after my room mate moved out and left the room and common area a mess and I didn't have too much time to take care of. I did not need the entire home clean. Just 1 bedroom and walk-in closet, bathroom, hallway, and kitchen. I used Yelp to blast a request to a handful of local businesses in the area. Only 2 businesses provided a professional response that answered 90% of my questions upfront. That is to say, they know what prospective customers would likely ask and value their time. The two gals (Maria and I think Brenda?) who came and cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment did an absolutely wonderful job! The attention to detail was amazing! They were here for about 3 hours and did such a thorough job- taking everything off of surfaces and giving a full wipe down, window sills and baseboards are spotless, and I swear my appliances weren't even this clean when we moved in. Will absolutely be booking again with Leal!
I hired Leal Home Cleaning to do a move out cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment in San Jose. Early in the morning, they told me they were running behind (which I appreciated) but didn't arrive until 12:30pm when my original window was 10:30-11am. They did a great job cleaning all of the cabinets, drawers, floors, etc. They missed the doors and door frames and after pointing it out they did them before leaving. After they left, I realized they missed some of the baseboards. Overall I had a good experience, but wish they had been just a little bit more detailed since it was for moving out of our place. I would hire them again.
