Wonderful place, I've been going for years. The staff remembers everyone and any personal needs. I have mobility issues, and they always make sure I sit in a chair that works for me, and they remember my usual preferences.
They sterilize their equipment and are always checking on how to keep things clean and tidy.
And the owner has no problem stepping in and helping out, she's even done my mani-pedi. I always appreciate a Supervisor who doesn't forget their roots, that treating staff with respect also trickles down and the importance off customer service. Nothing beats a girl day when you go to a salon that is quiet enough that you can actually talk to the other women you are getting pampered with! Pedi - check!! Awesome chair with all the features. Mani - check!! They double up and made me feel like a queen. Gel nails look amazing. I'm so excited to show them off. Thanks Laurel Heights for great service and a place we can relax and visit.

I am so happy with my mani / pedi from Laurel street. The facilities are clean, organized and calm (no TV!! Which I love) , customer service was fabulous, quality of my gel mani pedi was top notch. I am in love with the color and shape of my nails.
