One thing I love about being a member of Kaiser is that I can choose my doctor at any location. I have doctors all over the Bay depending on the service that they provide and the convenience of where I will be for work. This location is the newest one in San Francisco and it is so beautifully constructed. The parking garage is across the street and they also have validation for patients. My doctor's visit was quick and easy and I was not only able to get my prescription, but the pharmacist asked me if there was any of my other prescriptions refilled. Love, love, love Kaiser Permanente and especially the Mission Bay center. I needed a blood draw and X-Ray. I entered the parking garage at 9:04 and returned to it at 9:27! Everyone - security at the entrance, check-in staff, lab and imaging technicians - was pleasant, helpful and professional. I had no copay for any of it! I am so glad I have my health insurance with KP!
Needed a vaccine shot; checked website, its open for walk in. In and Out in 8 minutes. You can elect to get the flu vaccine and the booster at the same visit. Customer service: Courteous staff. I parked across the street `1670 parking lot. Tip: get your parking ticket validated for free ten minutes parking!
