Daniel, who answered the phone, was very sympathetic and helpful. Five minutes later, I received a call from Mike, who was ten minutes away. A stressful situation was quickly deescalated. Mike worked very quickly and was so kind and understanding. I was back in my home within 30 minutes of locking myself out. This all happened after 6pm. Thank you, King Key!
