Service is super convenient and takes less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately my copied key won't turn in one of the two locks it's supposed to work, and I have tried this twice now with their service. It’s a super simple key so the fact that they can’t get it to work is a bit perplexing. That said, customer service is super responsive, friendly, and helped me with a full refund.

The price was more than I expected. But I am happier with the end result much more than I expected. I love that designer graphics which make finding a misplaced key a lot easier. I wish that the two times i visited different key making machines there was more than the California flag. However, once I pulled my key out in my residential building, getting off the elevator I heard a fellow tenant say, "Did you see that guy's key? He painted the flag of California on his key!"
