Moved into a new apartment and locked myself out on accident. I called and had a tech out in 30minutes which was amazing. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional including the tech who arrived and was able to get my door open in about 10 minutes.
The problem is that I asked several times with each person I spoke with how much it would cost before hand. Each person told me they’d have to assess the situation before a quote could be given.
When the tech got here before even looking at the door quotes me $500 plus a service fee of $89 plus tax. total cost was $638. buyer beware. This is absolutely predatory behavior.... read full review

Technician arrived and had my door open within 45 minutes; however, he quoted me a much higher price in person than on the phone, charged me the absolute top end of the quoted price range for no discernible reason (he didn’t have to drill the lock, which was his reason for such a high price in the first place), and then also tacked on a $50 “service fee” that was not mentioned at any point by any person before the door was opened. The total cost was more than double what was quoted on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous & predatory business practices - buyer beware. Recommend working with a local locksmith instead.

The Keyme kiosk was conveniently located when I got locked out of my house. Unfortunately, the high-performance cut key didn’t work, but Keyme quickly and easily refunded that order, and I was able to get another standard cut key that worked well. Very simple, easy experience.
