Front door mortise lock on my parents home built in 1911 failed. I removed the cylinder and brought it to this small shop. The guy opens the door and I tell him that I need it fixed and 6 new keys. He tells me that it will be ready in 1 hour and the price was half of what I was expecting! One review complained that they aren't the warmest people and they are correct, but I'm not there to socialize! Fast service and affordable.

They were super fast and on top of their game. I got my lock replaced within hrs and the cost is the lowest in the area. They are extra careful because of Covid. If you are looking for great customer service, they are not your go-to store; but if you are looking to get something done quickly at a reasonable/cheap price, they are your best option in the outer sunset area.
