We've been using Jones IT for a few years now at our company and Alexis has been such a tremendous help!! She's always there to help and super nice even when a lot is being asked of her! She also responds in a timely manner, so we're able to get what we need taken care of quick!

such a responsive, professional group. I've had lots of tech issues and all are so patient trying to resolve. Daniel has been wonderful- helpful, taught me a few things, great sense of humor. So sorry he will only be working on remote assistance, rather than continuing to come to the office regularly.- I'll miss him.
