such a responsive, professional group. I've had lots of tech issues and all are so patient trying to resolve. Daniel has been wonderful- helpful, taught me a few things, great sense of humor. So sorry he will only be working on remote assistance, rather than continuing to come to the office regularly.- I'll miss him.
