Traveling for work this week, I forgot that I had a temporary crown, I accidentally flossed in the location of the temp crown and it popped off. When I tell you the sensitivity of that tooth had me so miserable, I was in tears with every sip of water. I wasn’t sure what to do, so decided to look and see if the dental group of which I am a patient in Texas had a nearby location to possibly re-cement my temp until next week when I am home and get my permanent crown….I lucked up on Itani Dental in San Francisco and was less than a mile from where my meetings were in the city. They so graciously accommodated me the very next day to re-cement my temporary crown. If I ever find myself back in the Bay Area, they would be my home dentist. And to add, every Smile Generation office that I have ever been to or had as my home dental office has always had the most amazing staff and bedside manner. This dental group ROCKS!!!! I am forever grateful for their empathy and how quick they were to accommodate me and fix my issue with such grace, patience and minimally invasive means. Thank Itani Dental 🦷 it means the world to me, the help you gave me. I’m so ecstatic to be able to be in comfort until I return home and get my permanent crown in 4 days!!!!
Everyone was super nice! The entire staff was friendly and patient. They explained everything as they went along. Definitely will stay in their care.
