I've been going to see Cynthia consistently for facials for over a year now! I love visiting- it's a very relaxing and pampering 1+ hour experience. I leave feeling completely refreshed, and my skin is always glowing afterwards. She's never pushy on advice for products/frequency of visits, but if you are interested, she has provided some great recommendations on how to better care for my skin. Over the past year, I've noticed my skin has had less breakouts and definitely feels/looks better. Looking forward to my next facial already!

I've been going to Cynthia for almost 20 years (!!!) and she is the best aesthetician I've ever had. Her facials are amazing - relaxing and also gets the job done. I leave every facial with my skin glowing. I've recommended her to countless friends and family and everyone always raves about her phenomenal facials.

This review is way overdue. I have been going to Natalie for facials at Illuminata for the past 8 years (time flies!)I am originally from Paris, France, and upon moving here, tried out several different facial providers across San Francisco. I tend to be picky about skincare and mindful of ingredients.Natalie is hands-down the most incredible facial provider out there.Here are a couple highlights of what makes her amazing :- She is great at what she does / her technique is unparalleled .
