I needed a new battery for my 3-year old iPhone and couldn't get an appointment with Apple prior to a trip. I found iPlayNTalk online and it was very convenient for me to go there. I got my battery replaced and also replaced the screen protector (highly recommended - worth its weight in gold for how many times it's saved my phone from total destruction). But my battery was a lemon! I took my phone back 3 weeks later and they replaced it - no problem! I'm happy with the service, the little time it took and how nice the guys were who helped me.
