Now we all no there's nothing worse than having your hot water break, right?
Gary was wonderful, he stayed in touch with me throughout the process, he dispatched Angel to my home to fix the hot water heater. Angel even tighten my kitchen sink faucet for me which was a tremendous help.
I can't say enough good stuff about Gary and Angel, they both were very polite, showed great expertise and professionalism.
Meanwhile I will keep Gary's number forever because we all know something will happen in the future where I need a plumber....

Our Navien radiant heat was not keeping up with the cold weather this winter, so we finally called Garry when the original installer was unresponsive. He came out and quickly assessed the situation, ordered a part, and came back in a few days when the part came in and fixed the boiler. He also noticed our water pressure was too high so he installed a pressure regulator which has fixed other problems we had no idea were caused by excess pressure (faucets leaking, faucets difficult to turn). He also found a crushed filter in the system and replaced that. Garry was efficient, very friendly and trustworthy. We're happy we found him!

We've been in this house for 2 years and my hydronic system needed an inspection so I called HydroFlow. Gary and his team were prompt, professional, fast and very helpful. Sure enough, one of the expansion tanks needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the main's pressure was far too high (90psi) so we decided to add a regulator on the indeed. At the same time Gary and his team added a whole-house Moen leak detector. The price was fair and Gary, Angel and the rest of the team did a beautiful job on the installation.
