Excellent in every way. My family and I had a car emergency while visiting San Francisco. It was evening. We found Help Car through an online search and phoned to confirm that they would still be open. Giovanni answered, confirmed he would be there, greeted us warmly when we arrived and promptly attending to addressing the issue. Thanks to his care and that of his team, my family felt safe, cared for and were back on the road home within an hour. Worth everyone one of the few dollars the repair and service provided cost for the type of complete care and remedy seldom found anywhere, anymore. Thank you Help Car, Giovanni and team!

My friend's BMW died in his parking lot. It was let more than a month parked, so the battery went off. He was trying to make the car work since Saturday. He charged the battery (is from a year, so still new, and nothing) he call everyone and no one could do anything bc the spot is too tight, so a tow truck doesn't fit there. The answer I got from other shops was not having the time to go to his place and see what was wrong or just "call AAA"... long story short. I've yelped for "battery repair", everyone was telling me they didn't do that job (going to your home and try to solve the problem) or not having time until next week..... read full review
