Help Car is a friendly shop that has bailed customers out many times, from flat tires to a new car battery and an air top off, always in a flash. It is fast, friendly, and reasonable, and many customers have made it their new favorite shop. Services include oil changes, exhaust installed, and emergency repairs. One family had a car emergency in San Francisco at night, called Help Car from an online search, and the team answered, greeted warmly, and promptly attended to the issue. The family felt safe and cared for, and were back on the road home within an hour. The shop also offers cash only service and is great for customer service and efficient repairs. Customers will definitely come back.
Excellent in every way. My family and I had a car emergency while visiting San Francisco. It was evening. We found Help Car through an online search and phoned to confirm that they would still be open. Giovanni answered, confirmed he would be there, greeted us warmly when we arrived and promptly attending to addressing the issue. Thanks to his care and that of his team, my family felt safe, cared for and were back on the road home within an hour. Worth everyone one of the few dollars the repair and service provided cost for the type of complete care and remedy seldom found anywhere, anymore. Thank you Help Car, Giovanni and team!

My friend's BMW died in his parking lot. It was let more than a month parked, so the battery went off. He was trying to make the car work since Saturday. He charged the battery (is from a year, so still new, and nothing) he call everyone and no one could do anything bc the spot is too tight, so a tow truck doesn't fit there. The answer I got from other shops was not having the time to go to his place and see what was wrong or just "call AAA"... long story short. I've yelped for "battery repair", everyone was telling me they didn't do that job (going to your home and try to solve the problem) or not having time until next week.. THANKS GOD I've called Giovanni yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon. It was to late for him to come over to my friend home (at the Panhandle) but he didn't hesitate to came ASAP this morning 8am to fix the problem. And HE DID IT. Thanks so much Giovanni for taking the time to come over and being so professional with you job and, so humble with your time and didn't want to overcharge your hourly rate. What I paid to you it was the minimum I could do just for coming over to my friend house. Thanks SO MUCH I'll bring my MiniCooper to you!. You got 2 new customers!!!.
