The family felt safe and cared for, and were back on the road home within an hour. The shop also offers cash only service and is great for customer service and efficient repairs. Customers will definitely come back.
I had a really great experience at Help Car with Giovanni. He was honest, straightforward, and informative. His pricing was beyond fair, and he completed the job in a timely manner. He communicated throughout the experience, which I appreciated. He even saved the parts of my car that needed replacement and showed me why they needed replacing, which I didn't even ask him to do. I feel so relieved driving around now...I feel safe and secure, and I will def be bringing my car there from now on.
Love going here for my flat tires, tire rotation, and brake pad work. They are fast, I am often in and out in under 30 minutes, which saves me a ton of time not going back and forth. And they charge a fair, reasonable priced.
