Helen is very nice and her prices are reasonable. I paid $3.25 per dress shirt and 5.75 per pair of slacks. She’s open MWF from 8-1:30 but note that if you drop off Monday morning it won’t be in till about 10-1:30pm on Wednesday.

The place is downstairs below the offices on the parking level.

Professional, kind, also incredibly affordable. Helen did an excellent job removing wine stains from one jacket and stitching a tear in another jacket, all for $30. Helen is a kind and generous lady. Highly highly recommend.

WOW, I'm so glad I found Helen's Place. My daughter's wedding dress was badly stained on the bottom from walking (and being dragged on the floor) during the wedding. I researched to find a dry cleaner who is experienced and affordable. I spoke to Helen on the phone, then later brought the dress in for Helen to check. After examining the dress, she told me that it will be difficult to clean since it was badly stained and dirty, and they need to be careful not to damage the beadwork. She said they will test clean a spot with a new chemical to see how well it works and to provide me a firm quote after testing. I'm so pleased to say that the dress was cleaned and available for pick-up ahead of schedule. It looked LIKE NEW! OMG, and the the cost was 50% less than the competitor! Helen is a professional with many years of experience, communicates well, and the dry clean service is excellent. I highly recommend! She will be my "go-to" dry cleaner from now on. Thank you Helen for the fantastic service! My daughter will be so happy! Tip for finding Helen's Place: It's located at 505 Montgomery (at Sacramento), SF. When you enter the building, take the elevator to the garage parking (press P), or ask the security guard on duty to direct you. Turn Left as you exit the elevator.
