I had an amazing experience at Hayes Valley Medical Esthetics! The staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through everything step-by-step and made me feel totally comfortable. My Botox looks natural, lifted, and exactly how I wanted -- no heaviness, no "frozen" look, just refreshed. I'm so happy with my results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
HVME is great, especially Nena at the Gough location. I trust her to be to be straightforward and work with me and my budget to find the perfect treatment. I love that I don't feel like she's trying to upsell me on anything. Would recommend!
I was very impressed at the facility modern and clean . The front reception staff members were very personable . My procedure was administered by Melanie who was very informative,professional and quite personable. I felt at ease and confident with he skills and with what my results would be . I definitely will be back.
