I’ve been seeing Giancarlo Centeno for a wrist/hand injury and couldn’t be happier. He did a very thorough first evaluation and really listens and cares — I’ve made great progress in just a couple of months.
The whole team is awesome: Zoe is super helpful and always checks in during sessions, and Carlie makes scheduling and insurance a breeze — efficient, warm, and a clear communicator.
The office is clean, well-equipped, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. It does get busy, so my first appointment took a bit to book, but after that everything’s been smooth.
Friendly team, great vibe, and effective care — highly recommend!
Can’t say enough about the team here. They are very empathetic and took time to understand my injury and develop and plan that worked for me. They clearly care about each patient and treat you with care and personal attention.
Daniela at the FiDi location is phenomenal. She is personable and provides focused, individualized care that shifts with my needs. I came to GSPORTS after seeing a PT at a different practice for the same injury, but not seeing results. I complained about one exercise in particular, and Daniela showed her mettle in explaining why it was helpful specifically for my injury, and supplementing with a range of more engaging exercises. She's also been great about providing letters to me documenting my need to take things slow while I heal. I'd come back to get care from her without reservation. The office helped me navigate my insurance eligibility with Aetna. While appointments here generally book weeks out, I recommend getting on the schedule and asking to be on the standby list to get in sooner.
