Hilda was the ideal person to guide us through our father's afterlife care. She approached every aspect of this deeply difficult process with respect, empathy, and genuine emotional involvement. Her warm and gentle presence brought comfort and reassurance when we needed it most. We are sincerely grateful for the compassionate care she provided.
The staff at Green Street Mortuary were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable during the lost of my loved ones. Also, they treated me as a family member and they showed great compassion for me. Lena Wong, the Pre-Planning Advisor lead me through the step-by-step process as to what needed to be done after the lost and finally, to the final resting place of the loved one with dignity and respect.
One of the last mortuaries that's left in Chinatown. I was there to assist a relative's funeral arrangements & had Jojo Pan as our rep. She was good @ explaining what is offered & made suggestions to any topics/rituals that we were not clear about regarding the Chinese traditions. Jojo & her team during the funeral ceremony all the way to the plot went well. The guest were all impressed on how well it all went even w/minor hick ups by the relatives & not from Jojo's team. Funerals like Weddings r always a delicate matter & it was handled quite well & glad it's over.
