I called for a price quote, and they told me it would be about $400. Once the technician was there, he kept wandering around, muttering how there were "so many stains." The carpet might be old, but I didn't see it. The technician then quoted $1500. The highest quality carpet clean from another company had been $1100. I felt lied to and that this was some kind of bait and switch trap. So I sent the technician on his way. I called the company, and they said they would try to "make it up to me." I never heard back. This company is fraudulent, cleaned our white couch and left it with dark brown stains, only to refuse giving us a refund and now has blocked my number when trying to rectify the situation. Would not recommend to anyone

I recently used All Green Carpet Cleaning, and my experience was quite disappointing due to several instances of poor customer service. 1. I initially scheduled a cleaning for Tuesday afternoon, specifically because my senior citizen clients prefer not to have visitors in the morning. Late Monday afternoon, they called to reschedule for Tuesday morning. I explained this wouldn't work and rescheduled for Thursday afternoon. 2.
