The cleaned wool rugs look beautiful and the technician--I think his name is Clark--was very nice and helpful. I'd heard from other rug cleaning companies that we'd have to send out our wool rugs and the prices quoted were high. When I found out All Green could come and steam clean onsite and that the price was affordable, we went for it. We were able to schedule right away, and on a Sunday afternoon no less. The cleaner was delayed, but he called just as the time window was closing, apologized profusely, and arrived 40 minutes later. I definitely did not read the reviews before booking with this company, but safe to say that I am happy with the results of my accent chairs. They do call to change appt day/time but only happened once or twice. Quoted me $50 per chair over the phone but once I sent pictures and the technician saw the chairs in person, he recommended a deep cleaning which was $25 per chair more. The price change was not too bad so I said ok. The chairs are still drying but as of now, the stains are not visible. When paying I accidentally put custom tip as $155 when only intended $15. The technician was quick to get on the phone with the office to have me refunded and ended up refunding... read full review

Darren did a great job removing a maple syrup spill that turned rock hard on my carpet. The cleaning service breathes new life into aging carpets; products used smell divine, all natural, non toxic. Loved the attention to detail and friendly professional service, highly recommended.
