Response time =Excellent. Joe performed an inspection of our old toilet and made a cogent recommendation. He clearly explained our options and pricing of the toilet plus possible warranties. We were leaving on vacation the next day (9/3/2025) and didn’t want another toilet flood. Earlier this summer we had one while we were on vacation. Ended a working toilet. The one replaced was 12 years old and almost overflowed after a flush in the morning. Turned off the water to the toilet before it did. Tried plunging with partial success and decided to call in a plumber. Genteel had good YELP ratings and looked to be in the neighborhood on Irving Street . Though we found out... read full review
Daniel Ahuatzin was assigned to handle a few of my plumbing projects. He called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the scheduled time. We reviewed what needed to be done and he recommended some updates to existing conditions. He explained what needed to be done and completed them all to my satisfaction. He was professional and communicative.
Joan Leyva did a great job in replacing our old water heater with a new Genteel water heater. He was very professional and very informative. He broke down the water heater prices and even explained thoroughly the different warranties they offer. We were very pleased with his service.
